Meet Renee
Renee Norcross is a People Strategist, Team-Culture Expert, and CEO of WinQuest Worldwide. She and her team partner with executives and their teams to build Future-Thriving Organizations™: where performance, decision-making, and team alignment elevate when it matters most.
Raised in the world of elite sport as the daughter of a Hall of Fame coach and national champions, and a competitive athlete herself, Renee developed an early fascination with why one athlete excels under pressure—and another doesn’t. Same level of skill. Measurably different outcomes.
At age 12, she developed team training inside her family’s business to reduce owner stress and improve engagement—where she first saw a costly pattern inside teams. People avoid difficult conversations. They resist or delay change. And when it counts most, they struggle to stay present and deliver at their best.
She carried this early insight into her corporate career in the hospitality industry in Vail, Colorado, where world-class customer experience is the standard. There, she led front office operations and sales management.

Compelled to solve this pervasive pattern within sports and corporations—and make a greater impact—she built WinQuest Worldwide.
While working with Olympians and professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, and PGA, she developed a proprietary process that integrates the mind, emotions, energy, and body—driving consistent high performance. What became equally important in business was her natural ability to bring people together—to connect, communicate, and collaborate effectively as a cohesive team.
Today, these are integrated into the Future-Thriving Organization™, powered by the A-Game Transformation™. It guides executives, teams, and business golfers to execute consistently in complexity, uncertainty, and high-stakes conditions.

At the Heart of It
Renee has been a mentor with the Big Sisters organization for two decades, and is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County. The WinQuest team has provided coaching programs to underserved communities since its inception.
Renee is an avid mogul skier, golfer and even sandboarded down the dunes of the Sahara Desert.
While traveling in Germany, Renee made a symbolic contribution to the Berlin Wall—chiseling away pieces she keeps in her office as a reminder to break down barriers and bring people together.
